White Chili is a very healthy choice for your family
Prepare white chili in just a few minutes, cook, and serve while hot!
Ingredients
1 tbsp Corn Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Minced Garlic Clove
5 ½ lbs Ground Chicken or Turkey
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
16 oz Garbanzo Beans
16 oz White (navy) Beans
16 oz White Corn
6 oz Chopped Green Chilies
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Shredded Jack Cheese
How to Make It:

Heat oil in Dutch oven.
Add chopped onion, garlic and ground meat. Cook until meat is no longer pink; don't brown.
Add all the rest of the ingredients.
Cook over low heat 30-45 minutes.
Before serving, top with cheese and salsa.
