Sevierville is the hometown of famed music artist Dolly Parton. A statute of Dolly is located on the lawn of the Sevier County Court House in historic downtown Sevierville.
Special events and festivals are planned for every season of the year. Annually in May, the Mountain Soul Vocal Competition takes place during Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass.
From early November through February every year, Smoky Mountain Winterfest brings delight to people of all ages.

You’ll also discover amusement parks, arcades, go-karts tracks, gem mines, mini-golf courses, museums, shows and dinner theaters, and zip lines! For the more adventurous, there are Hummer tours, ATV rides, helium balloon rides, and helicopter tours that offer breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains and nearby Douglas Lake.
The Smokies Baseball Stadium is located just off I-40 where you can take in a game or two during your visit to our area.
